Based on the functional or technical specifications and in collaboration with the Research Development Innovation department and an in-house designer, we analyse the design of your parts, we study their feasibility and we draw up the execution plan.
This plan enables us to visualise, before starting production, the parts to assemble, the cutting out (piercing, laser, etc.) and the forming (bending, rolling, knurling, etc.).
The piercing, nibbling, and laser cutting guarantee a high quality and precise cutting out of all our creations. All shapes can be cut out from a thick or extremely thin material, with excellent precision, high speed and a perfect quality edge.
We perform all types of forming of metal sheets, even the most complex, by bending, knurling and rolling.
We offer different assembly techniques: welding, stapling, clinching, crimping, riveting. The quality of the finished part depends on the precision of the assembly.
For the choice of material, manufacturing process, finishes and treatment techniques, the customer can at any time consult the Research Development Innovation manager who will advise according to the complexity of the part.
TF creates a prototype before producing a single part or launching a pre-production run.
