TF has created a research & development department in order to anticipate changes to standards, new materials and new manufacturing processes.

Working closely with the methods and production departments, TF contributes to the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing parts by integrating functionality, aestheticism and technological innovations.

TF undertakes a permanent technology watch and has created numerous innovations which have been patented.

In collaboration with the Laboratoire CERIC, COFRAC Essais and EN 17025 accredited, TF develops innovative solutions to reduce harmful emissions and help protect the environment.
